Refund policy

At The Beauty Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we follow a strict but fair return policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong product delivered

To be eligible:

• The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Unboxing video and clear images may be required for verification

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged:

• Makeup products
• Skincare products
• Personal care & hygiene products
• Nail products
• Opened beauty tools
• Contact lenses

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at teamthebeautycart@gmail.com
2. Share order number and issue details
3. Attach clear photos or unboxing video

Our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Process

If approved:

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5-7 business days
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after collecting bank details.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
